Disclaimer for Hearies: All my text on this Web site is Codatalk, or English words kinda... sorta... in ASL word order. Do NOT send hateful corrections of grammar; I meant to write the way I have. I am not trying to teach Deaf kids English grammar; I am trying to introduce them to kid-friendly videos that are most likely blocked by their schools. I feel that these videos are so rich in ASL, with their humor and linguistic value, that they need to be seen. Kids need the exposure and language model, the earlier the better. I have compiled these videos and am posting them here with my Codatalk comments. I am writing from my Coda heart. I want to shout out to Mom & Dad, Bill and Lois Reynolds. What can I say? Thank you for the gift of ASL. It is so precious and cherished in my soul...................... and now, from my Deaf heart: CODATALK.
